‘Early Birds’ weekly Toddler Group at St Luke’s

Our group has been running in the church hall for two terms now catering for babies and toddlers with their mums, grandparents and carers.

We are open between 8.45 and 10.00 am on a Thursday morning during school term-time and we provide a hot drink for adults and snacks for the children and all for just a £1.00

We have a regular group of Mums/ Grandparents and their wonderful children. It has been a joy to watch the children blossom and make friends.

The children can play with many toys and have a chance to develop their creativity with lovely craft activities and we close with singing and a story.

If you would like to spend a happy hour with your children and time to meet other parents and carers over a hot drink you would be very welcome.

Our last session this term will be on Thursday 18th July.

Please continue to help spread the word about the group to friends and neighbours who know of local families who might like to take part; there are craft activities, music, singing and story-telling.

Babes and toddlers from the local community, accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or other relative or carer, will be made very welcome.

If you can help or have any questions, please let Pat Pye or Wendy Macdonald, team leader, know (HC 533718).
