The Romans Course
Following the widespread appreciation of The Bible Course last Autumn, we will be following another of their courses, this time exploring the letter to the Romans, a letter which has deeply affected more hearts than any other.
It is led by the same leader: Andrew Ollerton. The first 6 sessions will be introduced during our Sunday morning services from Sunday 30th August and then developed and discussed after a video in our separate small fellowship groups.
The Sunday morning session introductions in church are as follows:
Aug 30th – Gospel: how can we become confident in our faith?
Sep 6th – Sin: what’s wrong with the world?
Sep 13th – Salvation: what’s so amazing about grace?
Oct 11th – Peace: how can we find rest in a stressful world?
Oct 18th – Freedom: how can we avoid negative cycles?
Oct 25th – Hope: what has God promised?
If you are not in one of the small Fellowship Groups, you are very welcome to come to the Sunday Evening Fellowship Group which meets in the Church Hall on the following Sunday evenings at 7pm:
Sep 6th – Gospel: how can we become confident in our faith?
Sep 13th – Sin: what’s wrong with the world?
Sep 27th – Salvation: what’s so amazing about grace?
Oct 11th – Peace: how can we find rest in a stressful world?
Nov 1st – Freedom: how can we avoid negative cycles?
Nov 8th – Hope: what has God promised?
We will then follow the remaining 4 sessions of the Romans Course in the New Year.
