Notice amended 26th March, 2020
Because of the public health restrictions on public meetings to deal with the COVID-19 emergency, our annual Church meetings will be delayed until later in the year. However, the required annual revision of the Church Electoral Roll by the Parochial Church Council will still begin as already notified from Sunday 22nd March but the revision period will be extended until at least 15 days from the new date (still to be decided and notified) of the delayed annual Church meetings. The revised Roll will then be published ready for the meetings. No address or email details will appear in the published Roll.
The annual revision is an opportunity to amend any existing entries, remove the names of those who have left us and to add newcomers to the Roll. Please let Wendy Bond, our Electoral Roll Officer (HC 534758; email@example.com), have any proposed amendments or deletions you are aware of.
Application forms with conditions for new entrants to the Roll are available at the moment only by email from Wendy (firstname.lastname@example.org) for return, completed and signed, by post please to Wendy Bond at 16 Chester Road, Holmes Chapel, CW4 7DP.
