A group of Evening members went out to the George and Dragon in Holmes Chapel on Tuesday evening for our annual Christmas meal. We all had a lovely evening with some good food and excellent company. The Afternoon group held a Christmas Carols and Readings service, with Christine Jones playing the piano for us to help us along.
We also distributed the Prayer Partner Christmas presents before sharing mince pies and conversation over a cup of tea.
Next month (January 2020) will be our Epiphany parties for both meetings, when we have a short service and bring food to share. If you would like to join us for this meeting please just come along on Tuesday 14th at 7.45pm or Wednesday 15th at 2pm in the Church Hall.
