Ladies Italian Evening 17th July

St Luke’s Social Committee held a second successful Ladies’ Italian Evening on Friday evening 17th July in the garden of Bridget and David Senior.  We were so lucky to have such a beautiful sunny evening.

We provided starters of antipasti and nibbles, along with a welcome drink of prosecco or elderflower.  There were then two choices of pizza (margarita and pepperoni) plus dairy/gluten free alternatives, accompanied by red, white or rosé wines available for a small donation.  We had asked for donations of desserts and a wonderful choice was provided for which we were very grateful. 

All in all a very successful evening, enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere by the 45 ladies present.
