Our Knutsford Rd churchyard is tidy and looking well cared again ready for the winter months through the extra efforts of our volunteer working party who spent a busy Saturday morning weeding and tidying around the memorial stones for cremated remains.

The volunteers are pictured below with Charlotte and Michelle taking turns with the camera!

Our regular contractors Clive Nash Landscapes do a good job keeped the larger grassed areas of the churchyard strimmed and cut. But our regular working parties are important to weed and tidy the areas where machine clearing isn’t possible making sure the churchyard continues to look well and cared for.

Charlotte (charlottewebb@stlkhc.uk) organises the working parties now and will be glad to answer any questions.  They do an excellent job for which we owe them all a big “thank you”!

This will probably be the last working party this year but we will of course start again in the New Year in case you couldn’t make it to help this time!
