Church Hall Bookings: new arrangements

Barbara Street and Judy Copley have recently stepped down from their respective roles in hall booking and finance after many years of dedicated service, for which St Luke’s is most grateful.   

Your new contacts from now on are Jayne Weaver for booking inquiries and Trevor Jenkins for financial matters.

We are taking the opportunity to introduce a new online calendar booking system, Hallmaster, for hiring the main hall and the Massey Room. 

Hallmaster is used by many other churches to make provisional bookings on a ‘DIY basis’ allowing them to be managed efficiently once confirmed. 

There is more information available about the new booking arrangements on the Hall page of our website. 

We are encouraging everyone to use the new system with its clear visibility of available time slots and existing bookings, as well as invoices and payments for new bookings, but it will still be possible to make bookings by contacting Jayne or Trevor by email: hallbookings@stlukesholmeschapel.uk or by phone: 01477 777123.
