St Luke's Church Hall
St Luke’s modern Church Hall is owned and maintained to high standards by the Parochial Church Council (PCC) as an important part of St Luke’s outreach to the village community and an essential resource for Church activities.
The Hall is situated 150m to the West of St Luke’s Church, across the main A50 (London Road) behind the Tesco Express store. Access from the A50 by car is via Parkway and on foot is via Church Walk (directly opposite the church). SatNav post-code: CW4 7BA
Parking beside the Hall is limited and shared with the adjacent Tesco Express store although there are eight places specifically for Hall and Church users.
The ground floor Main Hall and the upstairs Massey Room (there is no lift!) are normally available for hiring. Toilet facilities (including accessibility) are on the ground floor.

To hire the Main Hall or Massey Room in St Luke’s Church Hall, please follow the steps below:-
1. Please ensure that you have read and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions as these will apply to your booking.
2. Click the live Booking Calendar to check if your date and time is available.
3. Once you have found a suitable date, you can click on the + sign and add your details to the Hallmaster booking system.
4. This will save the date and time for you as a provisional booking until confirmed by email from our Hall Booking Coordinator
Main Hall (ground floor)

Ideal for larger birthday celebrations, presentations, lectures, quizzes, shows, concerts etc.
Wooden floored, furnished with modern stacking chairs and demountable tables.
Adjoining kitchen fully equipped to catering standard, including cooker, fridge, water-heater, microwave, dishwasher, and use of cutlery and crockery.
Good storage and AV facilities
Massey Room (upstairs – no lift)
Seating capacity 30
Ideal for meetings, smaller gatherings.
Carpeted and furnished with tables and stacking chairs.
