Our regular weekly activity for Toddlers continues this Thursday in St Luke’s Church Hall from 9am-10am. It will continue each Thursday morning during school termtime.

Barnabas Aid Holy Land Appeal – October 2023 – Help needed for our suffering Christian family in the Holy Land amidst the death and destruction which have erupted and continue in that area.
Many Christians have sought refuge in the Holy Land after fleeing persecution in parts of Africa.
Can you help provide for them and other suffering Christians?
Sunday 29th October saw the culmination of the 2023 Operation Christmas Child at St Luke’s. Thank you to everyone who helped make this yet another successful year.
For some time now, we have been able to deliver your donations to the Brinnington Parish Centre.
They hold two Drop In sales with stalls each week but there is no storage area and so stock must be sold before any new delivery may be accepted.
However, we generally go with gifts from Holmes Chapel about once a fortnight.
The 2023 revision of the Church Electoral Roll is now complete and the revised Roll has been published as a list of 222 names for checking before the Annual Meetings in church at 10.50am on 14th May. The published Roll is now available to inspect in church after a service on request to the duty warden or the Electoral Roll Officer.

They don’t have to be of professional standard or specially posed. Smartphone or tablet photos are fine – we can tidy up and crop images if needed before any publication.
On the 20th Jan. it was announced that Traidcraft plc (the company from which we bought the fairtrade goods sold from the monthly stall at St Luke’s) was going into administration and ceasing trading.
